Settings¶
The Settings page lets you configure GloriaMundo's behaviour to match your preferences. Access it from the sidebar.
AI Models & Presets¶
Default Preset¶
Choose your default workflow generation preset:
- Auto (default) — Routes between Quick and Smart based on complexity
- Quick — Fast, lightweight generation
- Smart — AI-powered reasoning
- Ultimate — Maximum thoroughness
Web Search Depth¶
Control how thorough web search steps are:
- Standard — Up to 10 results, faster, lower cost
- Deep — Up to 20 results, more thorough, higher cost
Quick and Smart presets default to Standard; Ultimate defaults to Deep.
Model Catalogue¶
Browse and select specific models for per-step overrides in the workflow editor.
Memory¶
Memory controls whether GloriaMundo can remember useful context across conversations, such as preferences and recurring project context.
If you are working on sensitive workflows, consider keeping memory conservative and relying on explicit context via projects and documents instead. See Knowledge Base.
Communications¶
If you run workflows that send outbound messages (email, chat, social posts), use the communications controls to require approval before sending and to keep early tests low-risk.
When you are building a new workflow, do a Virtual Run first and keep write actions behind explicit confirmation until you are confident.

Default Approval Mode¶
Set the default autonomy mode for new workflows:
- auto — Sensitive actions execute without pausing (default)
- ask — Sensitive actions pause for your approval
