Connection Statuses

Status Indicator Meaning
Active Green Working normally
Warning Yellow Token expires within 7 days
Danger Red Token expires within 3 days or has already expired

Viewing Connection Details

Each connection shows:

  • App name — The connected service (e.g., Gmail, Slack)
  • Connected as — The account identity (e.g., your email address)
  • Connected date — When the connection was established
  • Last used — When the connection was last used by a workflow
  • Expiry date — When the token is expected to expire (if applicable)

Refreshing a Connection

If a connection is expiring or has expired:

  1. Find the connection on the Connections page
  2. Click Refresh
  3. If the token refresh succeeds, the connection returns to active status
  4. If it fails, you'll be prompted to reconnect via OAuth

Adding New Connections

Click Open Integrations to browse available apps and connect new services.

Disconnecting an App

To remove a connection, click Disconnect on the relevant connection. Any workflows that depend on this connection will fail until you reconnect.

The sidebar shows a notification badge on the Connections icon when any connections need attention (expiring or expired). This helps you stay on top of connection health without needing to visit the page regularly.
